Build times are typically 4 weeks. Shipping is scheduled immediately after completion.

We support FOB and CIF. We can transport it to your nearest port, or you can arrange the whole transportation yourself.

We provide specialized legs to ensure that the center and sides of the expandable container home remain level. 

Our container homes can be placed on different types of foundations, including concrete slabs, pads, stumps, or compacted ground. The choice of foundation needs to consider on conditions and budget.

Regulations differ by location, so we advise checking with your local council. We can assist with documentation to ensure compliance. 

After receiving 50% deposit, we will start to manufacture. I will send you photos and videos to track the production progress.

When the house is finished, I will send you photos and videos.

After you confirm that everything is correct and pay the final payment, we will arrange shipping.
